Cancellation of brunch or tasting menu

If the brunch or tasting menu is cancelled less than 24 hours before the date booked, €20 per person will be charged. Please note that anyone who wishes to use the voucher must make their reservation online and enter the details of the bank card that will only be used if the voucher is cancelled as described above. The gift voucher can still be used.

Cancellation of “Intimate Night” and “Hedonist”

Once the dates have been confirmed, if a cancellation occurs or the client does not show up, they will lose the right to the gift voucher and it will not be refunded. Remember that “Intimate Night” and “Hedonist” WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED WHEN THE CLIENT RECEIVES AN E-MAIL FROM PALACIO ICO WITH THE DETAILS OF THOSE WHO ARE GOING TO ENJOY IT AND THE SELECTED DATES.

Gift voucher conditions

(i) The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or for another gift; (ii) the sale or marketing of the gift voucher is prohibited; (iii) the products and services included in the gift voucher are as they are and cannot be exchanged or altered for any other.

Validity

Brunch and tasting menu 3 months from purchase. Intimate and hedonistic evening 6 months from purchase.

Responsibility

Hotel Palacio Ico assumes no responsibility (i) if, once the gift voucher has been purchased, the beneficiary, for whatever reason, cannot enjoy it or its delay prevents him/her from enjoying it fully, (ii) if, for reasons of force majeure or beyond his/her control, Palacio Ico is unable to offer the gift voucher product, in which case it will propose alternative solutions, (iii) if the email address provided by the buyer is not valid or, for reasons related to telecommunications networks, the order confirmation does not arrive or is received late, (iv) for services that may be provided by third parties for the enjoyment of the gift voucher, such as, but not limited to, the sailboat, (v) for the loss or damage of the gift voucher.
